Below you’ll find examples of our residents interacting with our After School Adventure Program for 6-12 year-olds.

Greer Inez held our first local residency during the 2022-2023 season at SixTwelve. Greer worked with our 6-12 Year-Old After School Adventure Program kids to learn more about film photography and creativity. We were so fortunate to work with Greer!

During Brine Webb’s SixTwelve Residency, he taught our After School Adventure Program 6-12 Year-Olds how to make musical instruments and write a song. He then invited some great local musicians, Nick Ley, Garrison Brown and Taylor Johnson, to come to SixTwelve to play the song on the instruments the kids created and we filmed it for a show that Brine wants to create, called “If You Were Good, You Could Play It.” The whole experience was wonderful for our kids and the adults, as well!

Avery Huckabee was our final SixTwelve Resident for the 2022-2023 Year and we loved every second of working with them. Avery is a mixed-media artist who helped our kids to learn more about painting, constructing art and even helped the 6-12 Year-Old After School Adventure Program kids create a lemonade stand at the end of the school year. It was a really fun and enriching experience to work with Avery and we’re so grateful for everything that they gave to our kids.
