Thank you so much for being willing to donate a two-dimensional or three-dimensional (smaller than 15”x15”x15”) work of art for our Fourth Annual Mardi Gras Ball on February 23, 2019! Please fill out the form at the link below so that we may properly acknowledge you and your donation or contribution to our efforts to raise funding for SixTwelve. We will be happy to give you 50% of the funds raised if you desire. Please check the appropriate box in the form below to indicate if you'd like your contribution to be a full or partial donation. In addition to the 50% of funds raised, all artists who submit a work will receive two tickets to the Mardi Gras Ball.
Your donation will hang in the Tower Theatre lobby the night of the event and will come down the following day. All art work that does not sell will go back to the artists.
Electronic submissions are due by February 8th, 2019 and drop off can be arranged by contacting Terri Sadler at firstname.lastname@example.org. Drop off will be available at Fitzsimmons Architects Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If these times do not work with your schedule, please contact Terri to arrange an alternative time.
