SixTwelve Sweet Potato Pie Sale Donation Form
Thank you so much to all who are willing to donate 1-4 sweet potato pies of your making to our SixTwelve Sweet Potato Pie Sale! All of the proceeds from the sale of these pies go toward raising funds for our SixTwelve Community Kitchen where we will have cooking classes for people of all ages and a place to prepare food for events. Our Community Potluck and Pie Sale will take place on December 1st, from 6-9pm during the Paseo Arts District's First Friday Art Walk so we hope to have a lot of people join us, you included!
Your pies can be sweet or savory and each pie will be sold for $25.00. We will give you two to three potatoes for each pie that you back, depending on the size of the sweet potatoes. All of these potatoes were grown here on site at SixTwelve and our PreK and After-School kids harvested them!
Please fill out the form below as soon as possible, so that we can prepare your title cards for each pie. If you choose to bring a pie, we want to have your information so that we can properly acknowledge and thank you (and so that we can advertise your delicious creation so as to draw more attention!) If you can and choose to, please advertise your pies on your own social media and include the hashtags, "#612CommunityPotluck," "#612SweetPotatoPie," and "#612okc," in addition to your own company or name. We'll share your images or postings!
Pies will be due to SixTwelve by Thursday, November 31st at 5pm, but you can bring them as early as Wednesday, November 29th. Please let us know when you plan to drop the pies off by contacting us at email@example.com. We have children on site from 8:30am to 6:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, so we have to have appointments set in order for us to comply with safety policies. If you need help with picking up pies to help make the process easier, please let us know. YOU MUST SIGN UP TO BAKE A PIE BY TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28TH SO WE CAN GET THE SWEET POTATOES TO YOU.
Thank you so much for contributing to our efforts to bring fresh, delicious and healthy food to our community!
