Knife Skills and Sharpening

Join SixTwelve as we explore the proper use and care of kitchen knives. We will learn how to sharpen with a whetstone, creating proper bevels and edges and will cover how to properly care and maintain a chefs knife. Once we have a honed blade, we will learn the correct way to handle and cut.

$30 for non-members, $15 for members.
