Please join us Saturday, December 1st from 2-3pm for a FREE workshop FOR ADULTS (17 AND UP) with Jessica Cox from Natural Grocers here in Oklahoma City. You eat organic and read labels to avoid chemicals, but what about your body care products? The average American uses 9 products a day for a total of 126 different ingredients -many of which are hormone disruptors, neurotoxins and skin irritants. Learn what skin care chemicals to avoid and what to look for instead. We will discuss fun, easy do-it-yourself body care using oils, foods and everyday ingredients at home. At the end we will be making homemade salt & sugar scrub and you will take home a sample!
P.S. Homemade bodycare items make great holiday gifts!!!
