Learn how to make your own kombucha at home from the brewers at Big Oak Kombucha! We will discuss the necessary materials you'll need for brewing, as well as Kombucha's environmental preferences. You will learn measures to take in order to keep your SCOBY healthy, and what to do with your baby SCOBYs.
In addition to basic brewing techniques, we will explore methods of infusion to create a variety of flavors. We will close with a question and answer session so that you will feel fully prepared to start your first batch. Each participant will take a SCOBY and kombucha brewing container home with them. Cost for this two hour workshop is $30 for non-members and $15 for members.
